June: This week French folders have been coming home. There are some of the extra activities that we have done this year. Some sheets may not be finished, however students may finish them over the summer if they choose.
I hope you all have a fun and safe summer and I look forward to seeing you all back in the fall!
May: We are learning questions words before we do our final dialogues for the year.
March: We have been learning about animals to start this term. We also enjoy a special treat and a presentation of the beauty and the beast to celebrate the French Carnaval in Quebec. After the break we will be starting to talk about food!
January: This term we have been practicing asking and answering questions in French. As a final assessment for term 1 we are going to be creating our own dialogues to reflect what we have learned so far in French.
December: We are working on our last topic for term 1! We are learning about prepositions and how to answer the question "Ou est le crayon?"
As we approach the holidays, I would like to wish you all a safe and happpy holiday. I look forward to seeing everyone back in the new year.
October: We have gotten back into routine and are working on learning our numbers from 20-50. Please remember to be practicing your songs at home. September: Welcome back to French class! I have enjoyed seeing some familiar faces and meeting many new faces this past week. We are starting off the year doing review of what we have learned already. We will then start learning about the calendar including months of the year, days of the week and how to say the date in French.
